I woke up at 6am, went to work 8am-8pm as usual on Saturdays. I came home after work, planning on bumming around and cleaning my room, doing some homework, nothing too exciting...... Then I get a phone call from Boots saying they would be at my house in two minutes so put my pants on and get ready! So Boots, Dave and Luke came, and I was shocked to see Boots is now bald! (Why is everyone shaving their head??)
We went to the Cambie (one of my favorite places to drink, if not the best place ever) and there was a line to get in. One of Luke's friends was in, and told us to follow her in cuz she knew one of the bouncers or something....so we went in, but the little bouncer dude said only one person was allowed to stay in, not all 4 of us (as if the extra three people would have been so horrible). So we left, and decided to try the Trap and Gill. It was pretty busy there, so we went to DV8 first. They sat us at a table that was reserved for someone else, and since they had to move us, we got a round of shots for free! Had some beer, some more shots, and decided to move on.
We went to the Roxy Burger, had some more beer and shots. I ordered wings, but they must feed the chickens steroids because they were like friggin' drumsticks. Awesome! I also discovered that the girls bathroom has hump handles in the stalls. There are padded handles in the stalls at about eye level. I would have said they are some weird handicap handle, but since the bathrooms are down two flights of stairs and around five corners, it doesn't seem likely. The guys bathroom doesn't have them, though....Boots says they don't want to be promoting gay sex in the mensroom, only sex in the girls room between girls and men or girls and girls....
We wandered down to the Railway Club, making a quick stop so me and Dave could go pee at my work (second week in a row I stopped in at work to pee after drinking; some of the girls must think I am a total lush). There was a live band at the Railway, and they played this song that only a few people knew, 'Runaway' by Del Shannon, performed by Elvis Presley. Both Luke and Boots went and got a round of beer, so we had two beers sitting in front of us each. Got some more shots, tried to finish my beer.... Only a certain amount of beer alone I can drink. We left there, and Dave dropped the rest of us off at my house. We drank more beer, and played Scrabble and hangman.... Then all passed out at about 7:30am. Luckily I have a queen size bed, fits 3 people all right...

My next concert will be Queens of the Stone Age, at the Queen Elizabeth theatre on April 13, which is two days before my birthday! I hope I can get decent seats this late, but they are all only $32.50, so it will be worth it either way.

You are the Marquis Da Sade. Even stripped of
exaggerations, Your real life was as dramatic
and as tragic as a cautionary tale. Born to an
ancient and noble house, you were married
(against your wishes) to a middle-class heiress
for money, caused scandals with prostitutes and
with your sister-in-law, thus enraging your
mother-in-law, who had you imprisoned under a
lettre de cachet for 14 years until the
Revolution freed you. Amphibian, protean,
charming, you became a Revolutionary,
miraculously escaping the guillotine during the
Terror, only to be arrested later for
publishing your erotic novels. You spent your
final 12 years in the insane asylum at
Charenton, where you caused another scandal by
directing plays using inmates and professional
actors. You died there in 1814, virtually in
the arms of your teenage mistress.
You are a revolutionary deviant. I applaud you.
Which Imfamous criminal are you?
